The Modder Web ( is an online service provider under Title II of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act, 17 U.S.C. Section 512 ("DMCA").

We take it seriously with all the abuse. If you wish to report a copyright infringement you must do so in accordance with the DMCA process.
To file a DMCA Notice file, you must provide us with the following information:-

1. Identify and establish yourself as the owner of a copyrighted work or provide proof of special rights that you believe have been infringed. If you are a representative of that owner, please include proof (copy of agreement, power of attorney or letter of authority) for verification purposes.

2. Enter all your contact details: your name, business postal address, and email address.

3. Find a copyrighted work that you believe is violated.

4. Inform us of a website (Internet) of copyrighted material that allegedly infringes your rights, of the location of these materials on by submitting URLs to containing the content we have discussed. You are not elegible to send videos, images or any PDF because it will be not opened for security reasons.

5. Only submit the material that is owned by you . Don't submit other's Material.

6. In your report, you have to write a statement that clearly mentions that the above material is not authorised by the copyright owner.

7. Write a statement saying the information in the notice is true, under false pretenses. You have to submit your authorised signatory in the document or the notice you are providing. But if you want to submit electronic signature you can.

To submit your DMCA report, your relevant DMCA Notice must be sent to email or use the contact form.

Please note that only those reports of abuse that are sent directly to the Contact Us form or email will be accepted for review.
Modder Web will follow the necessary investigative procedures and if necessary to properly secure the rights of copyright owners. After observing your report and if it is found true and accurate the relative content will be removed from 1 to 24 hours.

If users who submit or download the above items believe that their use of the material is permissible, they reserve the right to submit a Counter Notice. will comply with DMCA terms in the event of a counter-notification being received.
